Beyond her remarkable professional achievements, Amanda is a woman of diverse interests and passions. Her thirst for knowledge is evidenced by her love for history books and her dedication to mastering the French language. An avid supporter of the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team, Amanda's enthusiasm extends to the world of sports. Yet, her creativity knows no bounds – she finds solace and inspiration in experimenting with gourmet recipes, curating delightful culinary experiences for loved ones. A passionate explorer at heart, Amanda's penchant for travel has taken her far and wide, shaping her worldview and enriching her understanding of the world.

LIZ GARSTER | Vice president of client relations & Strategy

Liz joined TwoScore in 2016, bringing with her over five years of marketing experience at a mid-sized credit union. She has been an active leader in the credit union space through participation in Crash the GAC, involvement with her local credit union chapter, and the leading of several training presentations at industry conferences/events. In addition to her credit union efforts, Liz recently obtained her Masters of Business Administration at Capital University in Columbus.

Outside of credit union-land, you’re likely to find Liz attending or teaching a yoga class, hiking the Cuyahoga Valley National Park with her husband and pup Kobe, or enjoying a flight at a local brewery (usually after kayaking!).

tara kochansky | Vice president of client relations & engagement

Tara brings over 14 years of financial services experience to her role at TwoScore. She began her career as a bank teller, working her way up through supervisor and loan officer. After opening an account with her local credit union, Tara realized that her passion for helping others and her creative talents were best suited for a position in credit union marketing. During her credit union tenure, Tara attended CUNA Marketing Management School and was as an active member of the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council and PCUA’s Marketing Council. In 2018, Tara joined TwoScore, to assist credit unions in their efforts to better the lives of the communities they serve.

Outside of helping credit unions tell their impactful stories, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book and listening to podcasts. She is a firm believer in setting aside time to fill your cup in order to be the best version of yourself, and hopes to create a supportive network for mothers who are working to find their passion.

MAGGIE LATHAM | DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Maggie comes to TwoScore with a marketing background of three years. Having worked in the Entertainment, Construction, and Banking industries, she is very well versed in executing and implementing marketing principles into her work. She is extremely passionate about marketing and branding and looks forward to bringing her own spice to TwoScore! Maggie also has her Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt and uses the skills learned throughout her work.

When she’s not working, Maggie loves spending time outdoors, seeing live music, or hanging out with friends and family. You’ll more than likely find her outside walking her beagle mix, Lacey!

CHELSEY GARSTER | MARKETING & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Chelsey comes to us with a background in real estate marketing and administration; prior to her last role with a Dayton-area real estate company, she supported payroll for multiple businesses in the Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky region. A true creative, Chelsey has also been a pastry assistant and cake decorator... ask nicely and she just might send you a cake or her famous chocolate-covered strawberries! ;-)

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, movies, music, art, and crafting. She also likes crocheting, painting, and working on museum-quality one-inch-scale dollhouse miniatures, as well as spending time with her dachshund Kramer and her family. Fun fact - she performed on French horn at Carnegie Hall with the National Wind Ensemble!
