A CURATED JOURNEY FOR CREDIT UNION LEADERS
WHY PARIS? WHY NOW?
Because you deserve more than one more conference ballroom.
The TwoScore Paris Peer Experience was created for credit union leaders who want space to step back, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
No panels. No PowerPoints. No lanyards. No vendor noise.
Just time, perspective, and real conversations with fellow leaders who understand exactly what you're facing. Paris has always been part of the TwoScore story. It's where the idea for our company first came alive and where we return when we need clarity and new ideas. This experience gives you the chance to do the same.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A thoughtfully paced four days in Paris designed to give you:
Time to reflect, not rush
Connection with peers walking in a similar path
Hosted experiences that spark curiosity and conversation
Generous free time to explore Paris your way
What’s Included
Here’s what Your Program fee covers
Arrival Day
Welcome Reception - raise a glass with new friends as we settle into Paris
Casual Dinner - A shared meal in one of Paris’s classic brasseries - food, wine, story together
After dinner, Amanda will lead the group on an evening walk through the neighborhood to watch the Eiffel Tower’s magical glittering light show - a simple, unforgettable Paris moment to close out the first night together
Facilitated Peer Roundtable
Unlike conference roundtables, our peer session is built on existing trust - everyone in the room already works with TwoScore. That creates honesty, shared vulnerability, and real problem-solving, which you only get when people know they are speaking to allies, not strangers. And because we gather your questions ahead of time, topics are relevant, personal, and immediately usable - not generic themes chosen months in advance.
Veuve Clicquot Leadership Day
“Only one quality, the finest.”
Learn from one of the world’s most innovative products, champagne, from it’s unexpected heroine, Madame Clicquot.
A private group experience in Reims, France (just a 45-minute train from Paris), including:
A private two-hour tour in the UNESCO World-Heritage-listed cellars
Innovation storytelling through Madame Clicquot’s legacy, a visionary whose bold ideas revolutionized the world of champagne
A tasting of four champagnes, specially selected for our group by the Maison
A stop inside the Reims Cathedral - a breathtaking Gothic church where French kings were crowned
First-class round-trip train travel on France’s high-speed TGV
A group lunch in Reims
Role-Based Breakout Sessions
Real talk with peers who sit in your same seat. The conversations you wish happened at conferences, finally happening. CEOs with CEOs. Marketers with marketers. Leaders with leaders. Same shoes. Same struggles. Same table.

PARIS TO PRACTICE
This experience doesn’t end in Paris. It begins there. Credit union leaders return home with clarity, energy, and ideas - and TwoScore is committed to helping them turn that spark into lasting impact through:
A guided action plan we will build together in Paris
A 30-day virtual check-in to see what’s sticking
TwoScore-led regular Paris Alumni calls for peer accountability
Shared resource sheets with ideas tested by fellow attendees
A measured look at what changed - not just what was learned
No drip-and-drop conference syndrome. No binder that never sees daylight. No, “that was nice, but now I’m back to the grind.”
This experience is intentionally designed to turn ideas into implementation, and implementation into outcomes. Or, as we like to say:
“What happens in Paris shouldn’t stay in Paris.”
YOUR HOSTS
Amanda Thomas
Founder & CEO
(and Dreamer in Chief)
Amanda started TwoScore with a sketchbook, a spark, and a glass of champagne in Paris, and turned that moment into a decade of helping credit unions grow with heart. She’s here to pour the champagne, ask the questions that get under the surface, and make sure no one forgets that clarity and courage are muscles we build when we step outside our everyday lives. If you’re deciding between two choices on a menu — or in your credit union — ask her. She’ll always point you toward the one that feels a little braver.
Liz Garster
Senior Vice President
(and Keeper of the Good Conversations)
Liz has been Amanda’s right hand and steady north star for over ten years — long enough to know when a credit union needs a nudge, a cheerleader, or a lightning bolt of creativity. She brings humor, real talk, and the kind of grounded curiosity that makes you feel instantly at ease. In Paris, she’ll happily map your afternoon to a tucked-away bookstore, tell you which croque madame she’d fly across the ocean for, and debate whether the best stories come before or after dessert. If something sparks for you this week, she’s probably the first person you’ll want to process it with.
Chelsey Garster
Client Experience Concierge & Bubble Session Architect.
If you’ve felt the magic of TwoScore’s newer experiences — especially our Bubble Sessions — you’ve been touched by Chelsey’s brilliance. She builds bridges between what we do and how people feel, pulling from her background in real estate, her obsession with intentional branding, and her gift for knowing exactly what a moment needs. In Paris, she is your go-to for museum secrets, late-night jazz spots, and the quiet corners where you can journal or people-watch like a Parisian. She’s the one who makes everything feel thoughtfully designed — even when it’s just a walk to get a pastry.
Herschel Elkins
Chief of Making Things Work (and Amanda’s favorite travel partner)
Herschel has been TwoScore’s behind-the-scenes fixer, steadier, and problem-solver-in-residence for years — but now that he’s fully retired from both the State of Ohio and the Army, we finally get him full-time. Which is great news, because he’s the guy who quietly makes the complicated look easy as our Chief Operations Officer. He also happens to be Amanda’s husband, which means he’s seen the TwoScore story unfold over many a champagne toast. In Paris, he’s your unofficial concierge for the best croissant in the world, If something needs to be handled, fixed, solved, or smoothed - Herschel’s already halfway done with it.

ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS
Which credit unions are invited to be part of this immersive experience?
This experience is exclusively for current TwoScore client credit unions.
How many people can attend from our credit union?
As many as you’d like, until we reach our cap of 24 total participants.
Can spouses or guests attend?
Absolutely - they are welcome to travel with you to Paris and enjoy the city during our program time. If they’d like to join certain shared experiences, they may purchase attendance for:
The Veuve Clicquot Leadership Experience (which includes a champagne tasting), including train transportation, private tour, and lunch
The optional dinner at Maxim’s
If your guest would like to take part in the full program, they are more than welcome to register as an attendee. It can even be a fellow credit union peer.
Will there be free time?
We intentionally did not pack the itinerary. The unscheduled time is where the most valuable conversations happen, working through ideas together, and building relationships that continue after the trip.
Is this a conference?
No.
There are no stages, no vendor halls, and no PowerPoints. This is a curated experience built around conversation, shared problem-solving, and new perspectives.
What is not included?
Airfare and hotel accommodations are not included in the program fee.
Attendees book their own travel and lodging. TwoScore will share discounted room block information and booking instructions after registration.

Not at all. We’ll guide you through:
Where to go
How to get around Paris
What to expect (it’s magical, and you will love it!)
Transportation to and from the airport
And you will get a Travel Toolkit, plus have a group chat to keep everyone connected and supported.
why we’re doing this
Because the work you do matters.
Because credit unions deserve space to think boldly.
Because community isn’t built in isolation.
Because your biggest breakthroughs rarely happen at your desk.
Because time with peers is the thing our clients most request from us, so we’re making it happen.
And because Paris changes you - if you let it.
We’ll be here when you’re ready.
We hope you’ll join us.
